Every night in Singapore, someone with haemophilia feels the first warmth of a bleed and has no one to ask. We are four people who think that moment deserves better than a guess. Between us we bring expertise in tech, marketing, product, clinical psychology and health economics, and we have pointed all of it at one 2am decision, with the Haemophilia Society of Singapore beside us.
Product Manager, Shopee
Ariel is a Product Manager at Shopee, where she works on the dispute management system that handles returns and refunds, and on a set of LLM-backed tools built as a cognitive co-pilot for the agents who use that system day to day. Before Shopee she was a Market Access Senior Analyst at Avalere Health, building data-driven market access strategy across oncology, cardiovascular and respiratory therapies, and earlier still she coordinated a global IT project management community at MSD. She holds Certified Scrum Product Owner and Certified ScrumMaster certifications and has a bioengineering degree from Nanyang Technological University.
On this project
Ariel is shaping the product scope, the PRD, and the build plan, turning the team's research into a sequence a small team can actually ship.
Clinical Psychologist, KK Women's and Children's Hospital
Rachel is a Clinical Psychologist in the Department of Psychological Medicine at KK Women's and Children's Hospital, and is also Product Owner at cybrdeck, where her work centres on responsible AI strategy and trust and safety. Her path into that work runs through clinical practice: earlier roles include psychologist at the Movement for the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore and organisational psychologist at the Singapore Police Force, alongside clinical placements at Singapore General Hospital and Neurowyzr. She holds a Master of Psychology (Clinical) from James Cook University and is a member of WELL for Digital Health, a community for women clinicians and scientists in digital health leadership.
On this project
Rachel leads the user research and the interview guide for HSS, and grounds the team's decision-under-stress framing and safety design in her clinical background.
Regional Value, Access, Pricing and Policy Manager, Menarini Asia-Pacific
Myo Myo works in market access, pricing and health economics, currently as Regional Value, Access, Pricing and Policy Manager at Menarini Asia-Pacific. She was HTA Manager at AbbVie in the United Kingdom, and held market access and pricing roles at Pfizer and Ipsos Healthcare in Singapore. She holds an MSc in International Health Policy with a health economics focus from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a bioengineering degree from Nanyang Technological University, where she was awarded the Lee Kuan Yew Gold Medal.
On this project
Myo Myo brings the health economics view: cost and access context for Singapore's haemophilia patients, and the regulatory posture the team designs around.
Head of Digital Marketing and AI Innovation, MediaPlus Digital
Gerald has spent more than a decade in digital marketing, moving through agency, healthcare and consulting roles before his current position leading digital marketing and AI innovation at MediaPlus Digital. He also founded Whimsical Design, a creative studio whose clients include INSEAD, Pfizer and Moderna, and spent close to three years at Pfizer as Digital Capability and Content Lead, working inside the compliance and governance constraints that come with healthcare marketing. Earlier roles at DeVries Global and other agencies gave him a working range across SEO, content strategy, web development and design. Outside client work he writes fiction.
On this project
Gerald owns the tech: the prototype and the tooling behind it. He also drives the narrative, from the problem statement files through to the pitch.
